Tasting note |
Very pleasing yielding softness, strength, fruit, richness and minerals in a harmonious balance. The delicate menthol tinged fruit on the finish remains for a long time.

89 points, Burghound, Issue 48 Nov 2012(50% from L’Homme Mort with a mix of other climats comprising the remainder). This is more aromatically complex than the Montmains or the Vaillons with a pretty and well-layered mix of stone, citrus, oyster shell and green fruit scents. There is a lovely tension to the delicious, intense and mineral-inflected medium-bodied flavors that possess enough depth to be interesting though less than the nose, all wrapped in a balanced and sappy finish. |
