The Rocky Road range, produced by McHenry Hohnen, is named after the long dusty track and laterite coffee rocks that fringe their home vineyard in Margaret River, Western Australia. These wines are crafted as pure expressions of the classic varieties that have forged the region's reputation.
Nestled in the south-west corner of Australia, Margaret River is one of the most isolated and pristine growing regions in the world. The Mediterranean climate, ancient gravel loam soils and maritime influence provide ideal growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc.
Rocky Road wines are shaped by sustainable farming methods and a minimalist approach in the winery resulting in wines that display outstanding varietal integrity, balance, harmony and character.
