Château des Demoiselles is a single estate sitting within the Esclans Valley in the Côtes de Provence appellation. The Château has been owned by the Bertin Teillaud family since 1956 and is today owned and managed by Aurélie Bertin.
The property includes a total of 300 hectares and of these 72 are planted to vineyard where grapes such as Rolle, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault are grown to produce the estates red, white and rosé wines.
The estate sits within a Natura 2000 reserve which was established for the protection of habitats, species and biodiversity. Château des Demoiselles was awarded High Environmental Value Level 3 certification in 2019 and is currently in organic conversion with the first certified organic wines to be released from the 2022 vintage.
