Viu Manent's Gold medal winning Single Vineyard collection express the potential for uniqueness and quality of wines in the Colchagua Valley. The grapes for the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon were selected from the best sectors of blocks 1, 2 and 3 of the La Capilla vineyard, located close to the town of Peralillo. The 2010 season was cooler with slower maturation which led to fresher wines with more natural acidity and less alcohol. A Single Vineyard Malbec and Syrah are also available.

Tasting note	A deep ruby red colour with intense aromas of blackcurrant and black cherries intermingled with the very distinctive subtle leather notes of the La Capilla terroir. The palate is very smooth but well structured, with a fine balance of tannins and acidity that leads to a lingering, enjoyable finish. PDF download full product information
