The Single Vineyard selection showcases special sites with strong individual character within Viu Manent’s estate. This Cabernet Sauvignon is from Blocks 1, 2 and 3 of the La Capilla vineyard located close the town of Peralillo in the Colchagua Valley. It is made from 96% Cabernet Sauvignon and 4% Malbec. Winter rain, warm dry summer days and cool nights coupled with cooling sea and mountain breezes help to ensure slow, gradual grape development.

Tasting note	A deep ruby red color with an elegant and austere nose marked by red and black fruit and accompanied by subtle vanilla and mocha notes from the barrel aging. On the palate this wine has a luscious evolution, with tannins that are notable but ripe and velvety at the same time. It also has good balance and a crisp acidity that leads into a deep and lingering finish. PDF download full product information
