The Hazel's vineyard achieved Australian Biodynamic certification in July 2020. Today, McHenry Hohnen is working towards Australian Wine Industry sustainability certification. This wine was sourced from a single block of bio dynamically grown Shiraz at Hazel's vineyard.

Tasting note	A complex and highly fragrant wine with dark cherries, black pepper and cinnamon aromas as well as a savoury note and liquorice.
