The Rocky Road vineyard lies in the headwaters of the Chapman Brook, near Witchcliffe in the south of the Margaret River region. With a northerly aspect, the vines enjoy long days of sunshine, moderated by the vineyard's southern location. Vineyard management takes a back to basics approach at McHenry Hohnen embracing sustainable 'Old School' practices that were used before the rise of intense agriculture.

Tasting note	Tropical aromas of pineapple and lychee are backed with complex dried fruits and almond meal. The palate is tight but lush with a generouse serve of blood orange and tangarine. Red citrus and mandarin flavours linger on the finish. PDF download full product information
Awards and Accolades	Bronze Medal A nose of acacia and honey leads to pineapple and peach studded palate, good weight from deft use of oak, plus a good finish. Fresh with lots of finesse.
