| Bellevue Pinot Noir, Domaine de Valmoissine's signature wine, is made from a selection of the Domaine's best parcels located around the charming village of Moissac-Bellevue. It is a high altitude site and provides plenty of sunshine with cooler temperatures. This helps to ensure the grapes ripen slowly, on low yielding vines, avoiding jammy flavours or too much alcohol. Winemaking is simple and employs traditional Burgundian techniques. | |

A bright colour with purple tints, this wine reveals a complex nose with fruity, powerful and spicy aromas. The palate is round, well balanced and of a good length with silky tannins that will refine over time.
