| Bellevue Pinot Noir, Domaine de Valmoissine's signature wine, is made from a selection of the Domaine's best parcels located around the charming village of Moissac-Bellevue. It is a high altitude site and provides plenty of sunshine with cooler temperatures. This helps to ensure the grapes ripen slowly, on low yielding vines, avoiding jammy flavours or too much alcohol. Winemaking is simple and employs traditional Burgundian techniques. | |

| Tasting note |
The wine has a bright color with purple tints. It offers intense fruit aromas and is gorgeously spicy with a rustic grip. It is harmonious with ripe tannins and balanced acidity.
