A delightfully fresh and expressive first impression reveals poached pears, nougat and almonds. The finely poised, full-bodied palate remains incredibly light, with every sip revealing notes of Mirabelle plum, rhubarb and Reinette apples. The finish is well-honed, fresh and wonderfully tart.
