A copper-shade colour initially, a result of 13 years of ageing. The aromas are intense, with ripe summer fruits from the onset, peaches and apricots, but met with a touch of black pepper. Once in the mouth, a black cherry shot dominates, followed by a juicy blood orange seeping through, providing freshness and elegance, lingering long into the extraordinary salty-mineral finish. Sublime and unforgettable, impossible to not go in for another taste.
