| Château des Demoiselles is located in the Var, in the Esclans Valley, between hills and plains in the heart of Provence. The vines are planted on red clay and limestone soils, and the proximity to the Mediterranean Sea brings complexity and freshness to the wines, with harvest always taking place at night. The wines will be officially certified Organic with the release of the 2022 vintage. | |

A 100% Rolle, also known as Vermentino is giving on the nose, unveiling touches of exotic fruits, orange blossom, apricots and almonds. The mouth is dominated by its concentrated peach fruits, nectar and pineapple too, giving a welcomed acidity to its long finish.
