We're here to help during Covid-19

In these strange and difficult times we want to let you know that we are still here and ready to work closely with you. We take the current situation very seriously and are keeping a close eye on recommendations from the government and will adapt when and where necessary to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.

• In recognition of the need for social distancing our team are now working from home. We are set up to do this and you should notice no difference to the service we offer.
• Where possible please send your orders to our usual address sales@louislatour.co.uk where they will be picked up and processed by our team.
• As usual you can contact your account manager on their mobile phone and all calls to our main company number will be diverted to our office manager Tom Hubbard. A reminder of these details follows at the end of this newsletter.
• We have good stocks of wines and cognac in the UK and are monitoring these on a daily basis. We have identified lines where we have particularly plentiful stocks and will be offering these at discounted rates to help you to improve your margins.
• We recognise the need to work together to safeguard everyone’s livelihoods and are therefore keen to be flexible. If you have any issues or questions please contact your account manager by email or mobile phone and they will discuss this with you.
• Deliveries are made on our behalf by London City Bond. London City Bond take this situation seriously and have issued detailed guidelines to their staff. If you would like to see a copy please get in touch.
• We know that many of you are adapting the way you do business by offering takeout and delivery services.
