We are very pleased to introduce Cobalte, a premium vodka made in Aÿ-Champagne from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes.
Cobalte is a unique vodka from Aÿ-Champagne made from grapes sourced in the Montagne de Reims. It is a terroir vodka that fuses minerality, roundness of fruit and freshness, bringing balance and a silky-smooth finish. It is made exclusively from handpicked ripe, healthy grapes that are vinified and then distilled, with their lees, five times. This unhurried process helps to infuse Cobalte with its personality and identity, producing a French vodka of extraordinary purity and finesse.
Cobalte’s name has two sources of inspiration. The first is Reims’ historic connection to the French monarchy, which is strongly associated with the colour cobalt blue, because many of France's Kings and Queens were crowned in the city's cathedral. The second comes from the mineral cobalt and is a nod to the mineral notes found in Cobalte's flavour profile.
This multi-award winning French vodka has received gold medals at The Spirits Business Vodka Masters 2022, Meiningers International Spirits Awards 2022 and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles 2022 and silver medals at the International Wine & Spirit Competition 2022 and International Spirit Challenge 2022.
