Sun and Moon Pinot Noir 2012 | 94+
“Medium ruby-purple colored, the 2012 Sun and Moon Pinot Noir is beautifully perfumed of lavender, cloves and violets over a core of red currents and red cherries with a waft of mossy bark. Light to medium-bodied, the intense red berry and earth flavors fill the mouth with plenty of lively acidity to boot and a good backbone of finely grained tannins, it finishes with great persistence and in provocative layers.”

Raupo Creek Pinot Noir 2013 | 93+
“Pale to medium ruby-purple, the 2013 Raupo Creek Pinot Noir is beautifully scented of red cherries, pomegranate and Provence herbs with underlying forest floor, mushroom and earth hints. Medium-bodied, the palate is elegantly fruited with great intensity and a solid backbone of grainy tannins, finishing long and refreshing.”

Marama Sauvignon Blanc 2014 | 91 Points
“Fermented with wild yeast in French oak barriques and aged in barrel for 16 months on lees, the 2014 Marama offers fragrant honeyed peach, orange blossoms and baking bread notes with a gentle dried herbs undercurrent. Medium-bodied with a silken texture, it fills the mouth with honeyed stone fruit flavors, finishing long.”

“The 2014 Chardonnay Reserve opens with delicate lemon curd, grapefruit and buttered toast notes with a hint of struck match/sulfides. The palate is beautifully soft and creamy, with excellent intensity and lovely purity of citrus and stone fruit in the finish.”

Tatou Pinot Noir 2013 | 91
“Pale ruby colored, the 2013 Tatou Pinot Noir has a somewhat restrained, earth and mossy bark-laced nose to begin, opening to a core of red currants and cranberries with meat/game nuances and a waft of yeast extract. Light to medium-bodied, the palate reveals lovely harmony with delicate red berry and earth flavors supported by fine tannins and finishing with an herbal lift.”

Sauvignon Blanc 2015 | 90+
“The 2015 Sauvignon Blanc shows a little struck match (sulfide) character, which gives way to a core of lemon juice, gooseberry and passion fruit notes with hints of cedar and pea pods. It fills the palate with plenty of tropical, citrus and mineral flavors, with a crisp line and good length. The initial sulfide notes may be off-putting for some, but I like the savory edge they lend and find them in balance.”
