Tasting note |
This wine has a ruby red colour with violet tones. The distinctive and very complex nose is full of personality and aromas of forest fruits, exotic fruits, berries, and sweet spices. The palate is lush and complex, featuring fresh acidity and good structure with tannins that lend personality. It has a long, deep and pleasing finish.

92 points, Luis Gutierrez, June 2014' It has bright red fruit, is powerful but still medium-bodied, with 15% alcohol, which is very well integrated. Supple and balanced, and a great combination of the freshness of the Garnacha and the backbone of Monastrell and Syrah, this kind of Mediterranean blend makes much more sense to me in a warm-climate region like Colchagua. Bravo! It’s a little too oaky, so leave it in the bottle for a little longer.' www.eRobertParker.com 91 points, Tom Cannavan, 19th April 2015'...Richly aromatic, there is spice and toast, game and bloody aromas abounding, but this is perfumed too, some floral notes and fresh-cracked white pepper lift. In the mouth this has substance and density, the solid berry fruits layered with cocoa and juicy cherry, silky tannins and a long, integrated finish...' |
