Smith and Co. Pinot Noir
Younger vines from our Central Otago Lowburn vineyard grown in schist with naturally built up organic material. The North Canterbury grapes came from older 10-15 year old vineyards in the heart of the Waipara Valley.
Available Vintages 2019

Tasting note A fragrant wine with aromas of blackberries, violets, red liquorice, redcurrant, raspberry, cedar and cinnamon. In the mouth it is silky with red plums, blackcurrants, a smoky savouriness, cloves and chocolate. Fine tannins and a bright fresh acidity on the finish.
