| Back in 2017, Steve Smith and Brian Sheth were honoured to take on the legacy of Pyramid Valley and craft their own family of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. In 2018, they purchased a new vineyard, the Manata Estate in Central Otago. With some of the oldest vines in the region and high in natural humus and organic matter, exceptional Pinot Noir are being produced here. | |

Exotic floral, five spice and aniseed aromas leap out of the glass along with red cherries, plums and an underlying complexity that speaks of Central Otago. A wine full of flavour with a soft silky palate, which has crunchy red fruits and savoury textural flavours that combine to give the wine great weight and complexity.
