This Chardonnay was born in the dramatic soils and slopes of the Waikari Estate in North Canterbury and was made following biodynamic principles to allow vineyards to express themselves. | |

Golden lemon hue. Attractive toasty mineral nose with lemon meringue notes. The palate is showing a nice mixture of ripe stone fruits, hazelnut and grilled almond notes. A complex, mouth-filling structure and classic North Canterbury salinity.
