Les Bois de Saint Andelain is one of a range of single terroir cuvées produced by Michel Redde et Fils. Each one takes a prime site from their domaine which produces particularly expressive wines. The Redde's view these cuvées as unofficial grand cru sites within the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Les Bois de Saint Andelain is from Cretacious flint or Silex soils. The vineyard is located at a high point on the outskirts of the villages of Saint Andelain and has been owned by the Redde family since the 1970s. | |

Tasting note |
A concentrated wine with a spicy minerality running through from the nose all the way to the finish. It is recommended to decanter before serving and has the potential to improve for 10 to 15 years from vintage.
