Hawke's Bay (Heretaunga in Maori) is the birthplace of Smith & Sheth. The Wairau appellation is where the Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc story started back in the 1980s. The original plantings were made in the stony river terrace soils around Renwick township and in the cooler southern valleys. | |

Tasting note |
Wonderful aromatics of yellow flowers, lime, and a warm summer meadow. Lovely delicious palate brimming with nectarine, fresh lime, and hints of ripe nectarine and gooseberry finishing with a lovely long feel of the stony soils and refreshing acidity.
